In 1937, Asadoor Manselian and his 3 sons, Harold, Robert, and John opened the lumber yard on Jensen Ave in west Fresno.

The brothers moved the yard to its current location on East Ave in 1978.

Today,  Harold's son Edwin and his 2 children, Charles and Iris work together at the family business.
